Shipping policy

STEEL HELMET CO. ships worldwide through secure checkout. Standard shipping is $19.99 for US and Canada and $49.99 for International destinations.

Contact support before payment if you need a delivery-date commitment. Tracking becomes available once the order ships.

Optional STEEL HELMET CO. Shipping Protection is a store-backed service, not third-party insurance. When it is selected and paid for, STEEL HELMET CO. provides priority review for a documented package loss or damage in transit. An approved claim may be resolved with a replacement of the affected item or a refund of that item's purchase price, at the store's discretion and subject to inventory.

Protection claims must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan or, for a missing shipment, within seven calendar days of the carrier's stated expected-delivery date. Keep all packaging and provide the order number, photos of damage, and carrier information. The protection fee is refundable only when the service is cancelled before shipment.

The Mystery Gift is a surprise STEEL HELMET CO. extra. Its exact item may vary, has no cash-redemption value, and is not separately returnable. One gift is included with each three-helmet set or may be purchased with a smaller order.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address and reviewing their confirmation email for order details.
